For your peace of mind, every face-to-face interpreter has passed our rigorous recruitment and security process, including an Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check. We’ll only ever provide appropriately-qualified linguists, whose skills have been thoroughly assessed at the recruitment stage. Employment is subject to a signed confidentiality agreement and a comprehensive code of conduct.
