THE CHALLENGE

Unilever Switzerland needed an experienced language service provider to explore ways to remove barriers from their translation processes, cut costs and raise overall quality standards. It also wanted to centralise the process but allow local teams to manage their own translation projects.

THE SOLUTION

Beginning with a translation workshop to fully understand Unilever’s needs, we improved and streamlined the translation process by giving staff access to the TMS Gateway to simplify the buying process, improve translation quality and accelerate turnaround times. By creating an efficient automated system that all staff can access, Unilever has already made savings of 20%.
