thebigword lands contract with the UK Home Office

Global language technology company thebigword has secured a contract with the UK Home Office, offering full managed services through their powerful platform WordSynk.

The contract, which went live in September 2020, will provide the government department with access to all WordSynk translation and interpreting services including Onsite, Telephone and Video Remote Interpreting.

All language service requirements for the Home Office previously were split across two Language Service Providers, but thebigword are now sole providers and receive 100% of all interpreting, translation and transcription work from all areas covered under the contract.
