Yorkshire Water have renewed their telephone interpreting contract with global language technology company, thebigword Group.
Yorkshire Water is one of the largest regulated water and wastewater companies in the UK, relied on by people within the Yorkshire County for their basic health needs and lifestyles.
This contract renewal will allow Yorkshire Water to continue to utilize thebigword’s telephone interpreting services to support their call centre operatives when speaking to customers whose first language is not English.
